4 Bed Rooms each with private baths.  
3 King Bed Rooms and 1 Bed Room with 2 Twin Beds. 
Spectacular view of the lake from all rooms 
2 Family rooms. Wet bar down. Two full size refrigerators.  
Complete laundry room with iron and ironing board 
1/2 bath up and 1/2 bath down.  
Beautiful decks view of the lake and mountains for morning coffee  
and evening sunsets. 
Swing on lower deck for you to enjoy while you watch the deer  
roam about. 
Covered boat slip available from Deerfield Marina.  Lots of room  to park your boat  
trailer at the home.  Large circular cement drive.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher,  washer and dryer, two  
refrigerators, two family rooms, large dining table that seats 8 up  
and table that seats 4 down. Wet bar with 3 bar stools.  
Each bedroom has 26" TV, DVD &  VCR.   
TV, DVD &  VCR in each family room  
French doors in each bed room that open to the deck.  The two  
bedrooms up have jacuzzi tubs and showers.

Nearby 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Pool, Volley  Ball, Boaters  
Paradise. Gated entry, Marina, friendly deer roaming about.  This  
900 acre beautiful resort has miles of picturesque pathways to enjoy  
the amazing and inspiring views. Spring time is breath taking with  
the blooming dogwood, summer is clear and perfect for boating and  
water sports, fall is filled with brilliant colors. 
A great get-a-way, just a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500.  per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and Thanksgiving and  
Christmas holidays. 
$1200.  per week after Labor Day.  
Daily rental $235. per day plus $120.00 Cleaning fee. 
3 day minimum stay. 
Please add the following Tax to rates. 
Tennessee State Tax and Cambell County Tax 14.25% 
$200. security deposit to hold reservation 
Balance becomes due 30 days prior to check in. 
Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to check-in for full  
refund
