$1500. per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and Thanksgiving and
Christmas holidays.
$1200. per week after Labor Day.
Daily rental $235. per day plus $120.00 Cleaning fee.
3 day minimum stay.

Balance becomes due 30 days prior to check in.
