this 7 bedroom villa sleeps 16 people in total comfort.

This house is fully Air-conditioned and equipped with all the comforts of home. There is FREE WI-FI
Internet Acess, local phone calls, and calls to Landlines in Europe. There is a fully fitted Games
Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts, Playstation2, Games, and plenty of DVD's to help
you unwind after a busy day.

This executive home has 2 master suites, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, and 1 double bunk room.
It boasts an extended covered deck, large south facing pool and Jacuzzi. There is a top of the
range fully equipped Kitchen, large double vaulted ceiling in the family room with a 46" Flat Screen
TV. There is a separate Formal Sitting room to relax in.

Formal Lounge: with comfortable sofa, love seat, chair and coffee tables.

Dinning Room: with beautiful dinning table and accessories.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with Dishwasher, Ice making facilities, Fridge, Stove, Coffee Maker,

Bedrooms 3&4: Both have Queen Size beds with upgraded mattresses, TV's, and built in closets.

Pool Area: is screened, so no meed to worry about bugs. There is a large south facing pool, heated

Parking: The driveway can accomadate 2 large minivans. Parking on the street is also allowed.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community. Security gaurds man the gates 24 hours a day and
check all incoming and outgoing traffic so you can be confident that you are safe and secure.
Located only 3 miles from Disney and 1 mile from a Supermarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Crazy Golf
and many other shops and outlets.
