We recently purchaced and remodeled this oceanfront condo. Surround yourself in luxury, with an unobstructed million dollar view of the Pacific Ocean. We are on one of the best beaches Oregon has to offer. You wont find anything
more oceanfront without getting you feet wet.

We have an LCD Hi Definition TV mounted above the Fireplace, and another one in the bedroom..
The condo has HDTV Cable, two HD DVD PLAYERS and has WI-FI for your
laptop computer.
Bring your I-pod for use with our docking station stereo.

Our condo has all new Rosewood floors, so there's no dirty carpet
worries. The furnishings are all new, beautiful, and very comfortable.
Sit in the comfort of our luxurious condo and watch the whales and
sea lions.  Enjoy Oregon's epic storms, and amazing sunsets.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed,  a 30 inch HDTV and a HD DVD Player. It also has a private full bathroom.
Their is additional sleeping in the front room for up to Four
additional people.
There is a very comfortable Queen Size wall bed in the living area. We love to sleep there to be closer to the ocean! There is also a sofa sleeper.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a beautiful slab granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee pot and a blender.

Bathrooms:
Two full baths - both with tub/shower combinations

Bring your laptop computer!

This unit has WI/FI so that you can stay in touch.

We stayed three nights. The weather was mild. It sprinkled, and was windy – perfect beach weather. The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Love the decorations. The view was incredible, and the fireplace!

In order to get there we had to but chains. It too six hours instead two due to the heavy snow Oregon received, but it was worth it. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The view was amazing. We spent plenty of time staring out the windows.

The condo is next to Kyllos Restaurant. It sits over where the
D river meets the ocean.
It has amazing views, great food, and an amazing atmosphere.
If your looking for total R & R, you have found it!
Our building is close to the Tanger Outlet, a spa, a Multiplex
Theater, Chinook Winds
Casino, Devils
Lake, and everything else Lincoln city has to offer.
Build a fire on the beach. Go fishing, visit our many Oregon
lighthouses, fly a kite,
surf, hike, go
shelling, biking, horseback riding, play golf.
We are only blocks away from Devil's Lake and all that it has to
offer.
The Casino is only a few minutes away.

 Winter Spring and Fall rates - (7th week night free)

SPECIAL - $79 a night weeknights - $99 a night Friday and Saturday

High season rates - (7th night free)

$129 a night (Between June 15th through Labor Day weekend).

There will be a $40 cleaning fee plus 10% tax.
Deposits and final payments are non refundable if you have a change of plans.

All stays under one month are subject to Oregon State and Lincoln
City lodging tax
