Master bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd Bedroom with bunk bed, full on
bottom twin on top. Sleeper sofa bed in living room. Full Kitchen with all major and minor
appliances included. 50x10 outside patio with gas grill, sun
loungers chairs, large 6 person pation set, and fish cleaning table facing deck. Home has private above ground
pool with view to the ocean. Private community, marina, private island beach, and much
more. Coral Key Village is located between Islamorada and Marathon.

All bedrooms have their own tv/vcr/dvd equipment, and plenty of closet/drawer space. There is a
private utility room outside the home complete with washer, dryer, and large sink. All linens are
provided along with all utensils necessary in the kitchen area. Also available are books, a variety
of board games, and movies.

available, which can be utilized right from the island.

The island offers hidden walking paths and a near by bridge to fish from or just take a stroll after
a meal. There are two mini marts within minutes of the island and fire station in the island across
the road. Also with 10 minutes to Marathon you will find a wide variety of stores (KMart, Home
Depot, Beales, Publix, Winn Dixie,etc.), restaurants, parks, jet ski rentals, parasailing, water
skiing, etc.
