Rebates
There will be no rebates given for inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, unfavorable weather, early departure, interruption of utilities, construction in the area or maintenance problems. The only exception is hurricanes, where rebates will be given for unused nights only when mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Broward County government.

First visited South Florida in 1984 and fell in love with the enchanting blue ocean, the distinguished sea mist air of Deerfield Beach and the lush tropical foliage of the adjacent Boca Raton area. Originally purchased in 1986 as an investment property but as soon as renovations began, it's unique alluring charms had inspired our love affair which began 13 years ago and continues to inspire to this day.
