A spectacular apartment in the very heart of Cartagena. Situated on
the top 2 floors of a 4 story building directly across from San Pedro
Claver cathedral,the wiews are 360 degrees and amazing.
The beautiful entrance of the apartment is on the third floor were you
will also find the Master Bedroom and guest bedroom, at the rear is
the kitchen, laundry and servants quarters.
The master bedroom and bath share a 30ft balcony overlooking the main
street with great views of San Pedro Claver and the Cathedral.
Horse drawn carriages pass below and groups of local street dancers
perform in the plaza to the left.
There is solid oak king size bed a 58" HD Plazma TV with Satellite
hookup, a sound system, Play Station, wireless internet.
The Master bathroom is huge with twin cascading shower heads twin
glass sinks and lots of closet space behind custom made rattan doors.
The Guest bedroom has twin beds that convert to a Queen size bed,
sound system to hook up your I-Pod and lots of closet and draw space.
Adjoining the guest bedroom there is a full bathroom.
Going up the stairs you come to the top floor were there is the Capi's
bar with fridge and ice maker.
Decorated as part of a ship with large solid polished brass port holes
lots of wood and nautical art.
At the front of the apartment is the sunset balcony, here is were you
will probably spent every evening and I have trouble getting people to
leave. It overlooks San Pedro Claver and is a view would be hard to
duplicate anywhere.
On this level there is also a large HD TV and entertainment area
another full bathroom and sitting area. There is also a sleeper sofa
for 2 more guests.
At the back of this level is the pool deck with a multi function gym a
barbecue and a pool/jacuzzi.
The views from here include the Bay of Cartagena, The
Catedral, Castillo San Filipe which is the largest fort ever built by
the Spanish in the Americas, and , San Pedro Claver.
Due to the fact that Casa del Capi is above most of the old town we
get a refreshing breeze.
Casa del Capi is in the very heart of cartagena and everything is
within walking distance.
Great clubs, bars and restaurants are 2 minutes walk away.
