$2,000 per month (Nov - April), $1,750 per month (May - Oct). $250 deposit holds reservation and becomes a damage deposit which is refundable after check-out, cleaning and inspection. Owner pays first $100 of Electric each month. If electric is over $100, difference is taken from deposit. Cleaning fee is $65, which includes 2 loads of laundry - additional loads are $15 each. 12-1/2% Tax added to rent and cleaning fee.
