in the spectacular view from North Ormond to Daytona Beach. Master bedroom has king bed, large vanity area, walk-in closet, and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has twin beds, walk-in closet, 2nd bathroom in hall. Living room/dining area with TV/VCR/DVD/Radio/CD Player, Tv's in both bedrooms, plenty of closet space, internet access. Two phones for local calls. Dishes, cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer/ icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, sheets/towels, 2 irons/ironing boards, lawn chairs for the beach.

vacation rental rates
$2,000 per month (Nov - April), $1,750 per month (May - Oct). $250 deposit holds reservation and becomes a damage deposit which is refundable after check-out, cleaning and inspection. Owner pays first $100 of Electric each month. If electric is over $100, difference is taken from deposit. Cleaning fee is $65, which includes 2 loads of laundry - additional loads are $15 each. 12-1/2% Tax added to rent and cleaning fee.
