best on the West coast of Florida. All are moments away from the

You will love this brand new villa offering plenty of space and 
privacy.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The master suite has a king bed, large walkin closet with 
en suite bathroom featuring a full size polystone bath and huge walk 
in shower with his & hers sinks. Also, 32" TV in Master.

The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom features 
a pair of twin beds. Both bedrooms share a large guest bathroom.The 
second bedroom has a 20" and bedroom three a flat screen TV.

Family Areas:
There is a luxurious formal lounge and dining room.
The family room has a stereo, cable Big Screen TV, and video/DVD 
player.

Catering Facilities:
The kitchen includes everything you should need including 
microwave oven, ceramic cook top, huge fridge with icemaker and 
dishes. 

Kitchen also has a large breakfast bar with stools for extra seating.

Full laundry facilities, with washing machine, dryer and a laundry 
tub sink. 

Pool Details:
The huge oversized solar heated pool is west facing so the sun is 
on the pool right through to the late afternoon and sunset. The pool 
and lania area look out to one of the finest golf courses in the 
area.

Pass State Park - a wildlife sanctuary just down from the beach.

and dining.  Day trips to Disney, Universal Studio, and Bush Gardens 
are just a couple of hours away.
