to none. Our new chalet is centrally located and only a 5 min. drive to the base of Mont-Tremblant.  
We are located on the property of La Bete championship golf course, and overlook the beautiful 2nd  
hole. La Bete is has been nominated for several awards and is a renowned course.  
 
Families will feel quite at home here. Enjoy BBQ's on the side patio overlooking the ravine by La  
Bête (the Beast!) golf course. Your chalet is part of a Quebec first place award winning residential  
development that is part storybook, part natural adventure.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are in Canadian dollars plus tax of 12.95%, and range from $175/night off-season to $395/night  
holiday season. 
 
SAVE money with our exceptional offer of only $175 a night - for 7 day rental - or longer. Contract  
us for our web site address to obtain more details. Weekend, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day and weekly rates  
are available. 
 
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable  
security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded  
if the unit is re-rented. 
 
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to  
arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money  
Transfer. There is a 3 % processing fee for PayPal payment. If less than 45 days prior to  
arrival then full payment is required at time of booking.  
 
There must be a minimum of one person in the group that is 25 years of age or older.
