The interior of the villa/condo features quality tropical furnishings and lovely appointments. Included is a queen sized premium sofa sleeper for additional guests in the living/great room.
A stainless steel gourmet kitchen is complete with all upgraded appliances, granite resin counters, lovely dishware and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. A full washer and dryer enclosed in it's own separate area is a welcome convenience.
The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with quality linens and beautiful furniture with adjoining marble bathroom. A sliding door in the bedroom opens to the terrace complete with patio table and 4 chairs. There is also a second full sized marble bath with shower.
For your enjoyment there is a flat screen television, cd player, dvd, surround sound and wireless internet. Fully air conditioned and fans provided plus an electronic safe for your valuables. The unit is approximately 1,400 square feet.

Island Passion's kitchen includes G.E.Advantium oven, French door refrigerator, undercounter wine cooler & dishwasher, glass cooktop, granite resin counter tops, snack bar with stools, large slider window over sink, thermal carafe coffee maker, cordless electric tea kettle, blender, toaster & all necessary items for meal preparation.
