Great value luxury vacation home rental in the prestigious Eagle point area of Big Bear
Sleeps 8+, with additional loft .
Stay rates (2 nite minimum, not including holidays) $400 per stay (1st 2 nites) + $100 additional nite.

Holidays including Thankgiving, christmas and new years weeks $1,800/wk or $300 nite.
Refundable security deposit $300. If there is no damages, you will receive within 7 working days,
Cleaning Fee $75
returning clients will have security deposit waived.
You are to sign a vacation lease contract and subject to terms & conditions. Unless otherwise
requested CHECKOUT time is 12 noon, Payments should be made in full prior to arrival date.
