House name is Seaclusion.  

Built in 2002, renovated in 12/2007 with new paint, furniture, art work, bedspreads, etc.  Just like 
new.

Newer Beautiful Beachfront home (completed late 2002) on quiet beach 
in gated community. Gorgeous views, private heated pool with spa, 
elevator, fishing nearby, PRIVATE boardwalk to the quiet uncrowded 
beach. 

This home can easily accommodate 2 families (2 seperate living rooms 
with 36 inch TV's) and is perfect for family get-togethers. 3 of the 
5 bedrooms are gulf-front with walk-out large deck overlooking the 
gulf.

Computer with Hi-Speed internet access provided. You can plug your 
laptap into the Hi-Speed connection if desired. No extra cost!

Bedding includes 2 Kings (Gulf-Front), 2 Queens (2 out of the 3 are 
Gulf-Front), 2 twins, and 2 Queen sleeper sofas (1 sofa in each 
living room). Each bedroom has a TV with cable.  

For the times when you are outside enjoying the beach and the pool,  
there is an outside enclosed restroom, outside shower, and fish  
cleaning sink. There are also bicycles so that you may enjoy the 
many bicycle paths on the island. 

Wonderful large Chef's kitchen with Corian counter-tops where you 
can prepare and eat dinner while enjoying the great view of the 
gulf. 

There are also several seafood restaurants nearby serving world 
famous Apalachicola oysters.

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful St. George Island is a natural playground located about 
60 miles east of Panama City.  The beaches are rarely crowded.  There
are many activities including swimming, boating, watersports, 
world class fishing, wildlife viewing, and biking.  There are bicycle
paths running throughout the island that offer a safe place for 
bicycling, skating, running or just walking.  Award winning 
St.George Island State Park takes up the entire eastern end of the 
island and offers hiking, kayaking and sunbathing in a pristine 
undisturbed beach setting. The Island and nearby Apalachicola offers 
old town charm, excellent restaurants serving world famous 
Apalachicola Oysters and fresh seafood, and plenty of shops to 
explore.
