Vacation rental rates
$200 per day/3 day minimum, $500 per week, $600 with pet upon approval. Parties over six will be
charged $50/person per stay.
Weeks start saturday P.M.,until saturday A.M.
$1000 to $1800 for special event weeks ( Daytona 500, Pepsi 400 , Bike week, Biketoberfest,and
others).
Monthly rentals welcome!! $1200 a month, includes Utilities!!
SPECIAL:  NOVEMBER DECEMBER, MARCH APRIL $1200/MONTH

$75 non-refundable maid fee.
Terms: 50% deposit with signed contract to hold reserved weeks, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
Special Event balance due 30 days prior to arrival
$200 refundable damage deposit ( $300 with pets) is due seven days afer booking. This deposit will
be refunded 10 days
after stay if there is no damage. Not part of the rental fee.
