Oversized lanai with table and chairs and lounging around the pool. Backyard is private. Sliders overlooking the pool from 3 different rooms.Pool is propane gas heated-which you will have to fill to keep your waters warm to your liking. 

Master bedroom has a king bed, tv and master bath. Elegant masterbath has garden tub a Roman walk-in shower with double sinks.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 twin bed.

 Kitchen provides corian countertops, wooden cabinets, large pantry, and breakfast bar. Included in this 2004 built home is piped in radio for all rooms plus inter com system. Formal dining area included as well as breakfast area. Interior laundry room. Interior pillars & crown moudling thru-out the split bedroom floor plan.

This vacation home is 2100+ under/air -3009 u/roof and turnkey furnished. Bedroom 2 provides queen bed.  The vacation home is in a deed restricted community surrounded by 5 golf courses and just a 10 minute drive to the gulf beaches. Custom built with exterior pillars and double door entry. Mature landscaping surrounds the home with accent lighting.

Pool area is screened and has an oversized deck made of pavers and is propane heated. Renter must pay for propane (runs about $100 1/2 tank minimum & holds 100 gal).The pool has a cover to retain your heat

 All areas are all tiled except for Bedrooms,and family reoom, which is carpeted.. The family room provides tv, just off the kitchen.  Plenty of seating with half/round sofa and additional recliner. Tv is visible from breakfast eating area as well.

Included in your monthly stay: Wi Fi internet, cable tv, electric and water/sewer.

• $75 Cleaning fee not included and is paid in a seperate check.

Manasota Key , Englewood's barrier island, provides 4 public gulf beaches which is less than 10 minutes away. Take a day trip to Boca Grande and travel over the causeway (toll for cars-$6.00) for exclusive shopping. Public
beaches provide picnic table and public restrooms on all beaches.
This area also has fishing trip excursions, boat rentals, jet ski
and canoe rentals.
GOLFING-There are six golf courses, including four operated by Rotonda Golf and Country Club and two by Pinemoor Golf Club. Enjoy all your can eat on Wednesdays or Fridays for dinner at the Oakland Hills Country Club-reservations are required.

Many exotic and beautiful birds call Rotonda West home, as it is a designated Bird Sanctuary. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.
