This manufactured home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a lot with oak trees offering lots of
shade.
The 2 bedroom - 1 1/2 bath home is very comfortable. The front porch & yard are well shaded by the
large oak trees. They make a great place to grill on the BBQ or just enjoy the birds.
Accomodations include a queen bed in the master. The bedrooms & baths are well equiped with all
bedding & towels.
The kitchen & living room are open. The kitchen has a microwave as well as full sized stove &
fridge. A washer and dryer is also included. There is a good sized eating bar as well as a dining
table with seating for 6. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and chairs
upholstered in attractive, durable fabrics. There are lamps & tables where needed. There is cable
TV available.

The location is very central to all that makes Rockport, TX special. You will be only a few blocks
from a morning stroll on Water St. on Aransas Bay, a lunch in the Historic District with its nice
restaurants & cafes in all price ranges. Take a little time to shop in the Art Galleries, Antique
Shops and Gift shops that line one end of Austin St.
The famous Rockport Beach Park -- a Blue Wave Beach, & Texas Maritime Museum, Aquarium, Rockport
Center for the Arts and Rockport Harbor are located at the other end of Austin St.
Grocery [HEB], pharmacy [Walgreens], Post Office, Banking [Wells Fargo & other TX banks], Walmart,
Chili's Restaurant, fast food stops & almost anything else you might need are just a little further
North on Business 35.
