This perfectly laid out  apartment is located in the East Village on
St Marks
Place at 1st ave.. The area is hopping with hip
restaurants, bars, coffee and tea shops, clothing stores, ice cream
parlors, grocery stores, laundry mat,and much, much, more.

The apartment itself is a first floor walkup. It consists of one
bedroom with a separate living room, kitchen/dining room combo, bedroom, and bathroom. The
bathroom is quite large in comparison to most NYC apts.  The apt is decorated with modern furniture, and has a large, flat
screen TV.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, as well an easily inflatable/deflatable queen size blow up bed.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom.  

The apt comes with high speed internet, television with basic cable, and a/c.

The kitchen is fully equipped with  pots and pans, dishes,
utensils, and all appliances, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator.  

The East Village is very convenient if you like to spend time Uptown
or Downtown. The Subway is just at Astor Place, which is about an 8
minute walk from the apartment. First Avenue (1/2 block) has a taxi
available at all times if you prefer that means of transportation,
which can take you straight uptown. Soho and Greenwich Village are
both about a 15 minute walk from here. There is also Tompkins
Square
Park
1 block from the apartment.

Additional: $100 Cleaning Fee
TOTAL IN FULL will be due upon booking and will not be
confirmed until the CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY has been
received. NO EXCEPTIONS. Fedex is the best option for your security and mine in order to secure your
booking immediately. Western Union is also acceptable.
If you have a problem with these procedures, please do not inquire about this rental.
UPON RECEIPT OF RENTAL FEE, I WILL THEN MAIL
KEYS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THESE PROCEDURES, PLEASE DO NOT
INQUIRE ABOUT THIS RENTAL.
If a DEPOSIT was required, it will be mailed back to the tenant once the apartment has
been inspected and everything is found in its original state.
This is an absolutely non smoking apartment. Feel free to
step outside onto the fire escape if necessary, but any sign of
smoking inside will result in a non-refundable deposit.
