This is our retreat in the off-season and you have the opportunity to share the experience our
family loves. Your winter will be superb. Truly one of the coziest seasonal rentals you will ever
find. A very quiet, lazy, laid back oasis. The location and condition of this
condo is A-1 (family lived in only). Was built in 1997.

There is an adorable heated pool with deck and chairs 10' from your 1st floor balcony. There is also
an assigned boat dock and lift for a boat up to 25' 10,000 lbs available for rent as well with the
condo. Car port parking comes included in front of the condo. If you want to bring your computer
feel free, cable modem is already hooked up at no charge to you!

There are many places to visit just 1 block away from the condo. The restaurants include... Snook
Inn,Mareks, Olde Marco Inn, Olde Marco Pub, and you can't miss walking to the Snook Inn's docks in
the evening hour just to see the beautiful views. Condo is also 1/2 mile from Marco River Marina
where they offer boat rentals, bait, and evening sunset cruises.
Short drive to beach, 5 minutes away from 2 large supermarkets (Winn Dixie & Publix).

***Condo only available for 2 week basis and greater not 1 week at a time. Please take not that 1 week rental is not available!******
No condo with these amenities is available on the island at this price, check and you will see.
Monthly rental only. Open for lease during season November 08' through March 09'. Rates are to be
paid up front and schedule is as follows..
December-$1950 Monthly $1200 2 Weeks
January-$2175 Monthly $1300 2 Weeks
February-$2350 Monthly $1450 2 Weeks
March-$2350 Monthly $1500 2 Weeks
April-$2350 Monthly $1500 2 Weeks
If dock/lift is included in rental the charge will be $250 monthly $125 for a 2 week rental and boat must be no larger than
25' and weigh no more than 10,000 lbs. (Lift set up for v-hull only)

Also, discounts will be offered for multi-month rental.
$1000/($800 for 2 week rental)refundable deposit will be collected with rental and returned to tenant once inspection is
completed after unit is vacated and found in equal standing as delivered to tenant. (Within 2
weeks.)
