Ultimate Mountain Home "Cascade Lodge" in Lake Harmony

The Cascade Lodge, built in 2009, is situated in the lovely community of Lake Harmony Estates. It is a 3 story, 2800 square foot house that has a total of 6 bedrooms (two being master suites with there own private, upscale, full bathrooms) and 4 full baths. The house is situated on a quite wooded lot that can view the slopes of Big Boulder at night in the winter.

The house is layed out for optimal use by groups and larger families. 

The Casdcade Lodge has a game room with an 8' pool table, large screen LCD TV with a DVD player and a CD player.  The game room is 26' x 18'.  Directly off this room is the outdoor patio which holds the 7 to 8 person hot tub.  Located on the second floor is our large great room that has a cathedral ceiling, a 42 " LCD TV with a DVD player, a CD player and a floor to ceiling stone gas indoor/outdoor fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups with it spacious granite countertop and breakfast bar which seats 3. It has a side-by-side 25 cubic foot refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware. Our dining room has an 8' solid wood table with seating for 10. On the third floor there is a large 14’ x 7 ’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view of the outdoors through the chalet windows. The loft is furnished with a daybed (twin bed) and a roll out (twin bed). 

The outside of the home boasts a 550 square foot raised Trex deck.  200 square foot of the deck is covered by a porch roof.  Stay warm outside while you enjoy the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace. A Weber gas grill is located on the deck for grilling. We provide an 8’ picnic table, a 6' picnic table and adirondack chairs.

The Cascade Lodge is located 3/4 miles from the beach.  The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and an 8 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1/2 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria. Split Rock has many pay-for-use services.  The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.
