Villa 812 at Ocean Villaage in Hutchinson Island

Ocean Village on Florida's Central East Coast offers more

located in Ft. Pierce on South Hutchinson Island about 90 minutes
north of West Palm Beach, 2 hours to Disney World, 1/2 hour north of
Stuart, 15 minutes from Jensen Beach and 1/2 hour south of Vero
Beach. The complex is located 2 miles south of the northern tip of
South Hutchinson Island. The condo is a ground floor 1BR villa in
the Ocean Villas II cluster recently remodeled and refurnished. It
features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa
sleeper in a living room that is fully furnished. It is
centrally located within the resort and is a short 200 yard walk
from a beautiful beach. No-smoking, please.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, ice-
maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Countertops are granite. The condo has
a washer and dryer, TV with DVD player, alarm clock, ironing
board and iron. Also, there is a 9 hole executive
course, which is located a few steps from the unit. It is only
$3.00 to play for guests. The complex includes a heated olympic size
pool with a jacuzzi, kiddie pool and tiki bar which serves drinks and
light fare. There are 10 lit tennis courts, racket ball courts,
basketball court and workout room. There is also a first class
restaurant
on the premises.

The private beach, which is a mile long, offers a peaceful setting
to enjoy the sun or try your hand at surf fishing. The untouched
natural area south of the complex is exciting to explore via
numerous County Parks. You will see different types of birds,
turtles and fish. For golfing aficionados,there are numerous
championship golf courses all within a 40 minute drive. If fishing
is your thing, there are charter boats available at the nearby Fort
Pierce Marina. Also, many people like to fish from the South Jetty
Pier. Don't feel like leaving the resort? That's OK, too. Tune in
to Cable Channel 63 to check out the many activities offered daily.
