Villa Sunbeam is an exquisite, tastefully furnished family home in a quiet and sophisticated
American neighborhood with panoramic waterfront views. You can enjoy breakfast on the south facing
poolside terrace, or in the dining room with views of both the pool and tropical gardens. Large
living area with cathedral ceilings, comfortable couches and 52in television with cable. Separate
cable channel selectors in the two main bedrooms. Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite bathroom,
walk in closets, two further bedrooms, one with full-size bed one with twin beds. Everything provided
for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Poolside dining, dock, gas barbecue, sun loungers and beach
towels. Cape Coral is known as the 'Venice' of Florida with 640m of waterways.

The area is an absolute paradise for all age groups, with miles of untouched beaches and nature
parks. The tropical islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands are just 20 minutes away. Snow
white beaches, a myriad of stores (outlet and upscale) and restaurants and a wide selection of golf
courses are close nearby. The property is also 10 Minutes from the SunSplash Water Park (ideal safe
fun for children). Miami is two hours drive away which boasts Florida's largest shopping mall.
Tampa is two hours drive and Orlando and Disneyworld is two-and-a-half hours driving distance.
Nature lovers will enjoy the famous Everglades, which is just over one hour's drive south.

Prices are for two adults per week. Extra adults are charged at $50 per person per week

A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking. There is also a $250 security deposit required. This
deposit will be held until the end of the rental and will be returned once confirmation is obtained
from the caretaker that no damage has occurred to the property. Cancellation fees apply and will be
detailed in your rental agreement. Rental fees include pool heating, all utilities and Florida
tourism taxes. A final cleaning charge of $130 is patable locally to the caretakers upon departure.
