Welcome to our North Shore Kauai luxury vacation rental and beachfront home in Princeville,
Kauai, Hawaii.
We named her Alohilani (heavenly splendor) because she is located on the North Shore of Kauai in
fabulous Princeville, Hawaii. From the moment visitors enter this magnificent home they are
captivated by the spectacular ocean views below. Perched above SeaLodge Beach, the crashing waves
and breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from every room in the house. Over 1300
square feet of deck space is available for our sun seeking friends, while others may hide under
the lanai, still enjoying the tropical environment. This humble abode is tastefully decorated
with tropical furnishings and delightful Hawaiian embellishments that add to the true Kauai
experience. It is conveniently located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in one of Princeville's most
prestigious and private neighborhoods. Just a short stroll from our beach front home, you'll enjoy
a semi-private beach on arguably the most spectacular Hawaiian reef of all of the islands. Rentals
are managed through Kauai Vacation Rentals and we gladly share our paradise on a daily, weekly, or
monthly rental year round.

At the Prince golf course, nice gym with weight room and exercise bikes. Spa treatments and
massages etc. Book it before you arrive on the island

Semi-easy trail walk to a tide pool that is protected from the ocean.

Snorkel: SeaLodge Beach
Below our house, definitely the best snorkel spot on the island. Go just beyond the reef on the
left you'll see huge schools of the most beautiful fish around the island. Be careful during
winter months as big surf can break here so don't venture too far from the reef as the water is
deep with strong currents.

Surf: Hanalei for beginners, rent boards on the beach or in Hanalei for a fiberglass board for the
day, week, month at Kayak Kauai.

45 day last minute booking special: book and stay at our home within 45 days and receive 33% off
our normally published rate. ie: Jan 5 to Sept 15 would be $3750, new rate would be $2512.50
Holiday season;
December 15 until Jan 4 $4200.00 per week
Peak Season;
Jan 5 until September 15 $3750.00 per week
Off Season;

September 16 until December 18 $2950.00 per week
(excluding Thanksgiving Holiday week)
