Tropical Pool / Water Front Paradise (last min. Special) in Tarpon Springs

GUESTS arriving at Holiday  House don't mind if owners Jim and Judy aren't around to greet them personally, Mother Nature is happy to oblige.  Outside this 1600 sq. ft. rental on the Anclote River, (five minutes north of Tarpon Springs and 40 minutes from St. Pete and Tampa Airport) seagulls soar overhead and dolphins and manatees cavort in warm waters below.  Lizards and butterflies in the gardens surprising visitors with an impromptu appearance on the deck, dock or pool lanai.

Holiday House invites quests to enjoy the tropical surroundings at a deliciously relaxed pace.  Judy and Jim have decorated this dream cottage for people desiring an island experience.  This colorful dwelling is perched on a wide river curving west to the gulf  in an undisturbed nature.  The view with sun glissoning on the water in the morning is only rivaled by the palm trees and fresh grapefruit juice.

A stained glass door opens to a colorful interior which features a well equipped kitchen, a living room that has fantastic views of the water and a solar heated pool .  Two master bedrooms with t.v., pillow-top hotel mattresses, new linens, private bathrooms, as colorful as the rest of this house. The game room has a new full-size pool table. The comfortable couch has a queen size bed hidden inside for extra quest.

Holiday offers a wealth of outdoor activities, only limited by your imagination.  Water, sky, land, any sport of you ability.   Bikes, fishing poles are in the garage. A 9-hole golf course, restaurant   is within walking distance.  When you are on the property you really have your own part of paradise to enjoy.  The comment we receive most often is, "It's better than the photographs!"

All the theme parks that one has always visited in Florida with fun in mind, including Tarpon Springs, which is the home of the famous sponge docks and plentiful shops, restaurants, boating is right at your fingertips. The white sandy beaches where you can find shells galore, and state owned parks are only minutes away. You can always find a boat to rent. 

Our vacation home is kid friendly, sorry no pets, and smoking is limited to the outdoors areas.  Come to Florida, we are ready with our Key West cottage for your Holiday.
