everything from cookware to wine glasses and features an eating bar and open floor plan to the
living room for ease of entertaining. A screened-in patio off the living room allows you to enjoy
your morning coffee while listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise.
Double doors lead from the living room to the bedroom to allow for spacious living when open and
total privacy when closed. In addition to the beautifully tiled bathroom, there’s an additional
vanity sink and dressing area. Other amenities include wall-to-wall ceramic tiled floors, central
air and heat, full sized washer/dryer, ceiling fans, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, and local telephone service
with Internet capabilities.

Ocean Village is a gated resort community situated on 3,000 feet of pristine Atlantic ocean frontage
in Ft. Pierce, FL. Located on South Hutchinson Island, we are 2 miles south from the northern tip.
Resort amenities include a par 3 nine hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, tennis pro shop, exercise
room, clubhouse, heated Olympic sized swimming pool plus two additional pools and kiddy pool,
poolside Tiki bar, Jacuzzi, sauna, bocce ball, racquet ball room, shuffle board, volleyball,
basketball, racquet ball room, plus quiet roads for walking and biking. A four star oceanfront
restaurant with piano bar is on premise. There is no additional charge for the use of amenities
except for a golf fee of $3 during high season.

• Check In: 4 p.m.
• Check Out: 10 a.m.
• Required Stay: 1 week
• Lodging Tax: 11.5%
• Cancellation Policy: HIGH SEASON (11/16/07 through 4/21/08) – Long-term rentals will be
charged to the extent that we are able to re-rent for the time period. OFF SEASON (4/22/08 through
11/15/08) – ½ lost rental commitment – owner discretion. Payment in full due 30 days prior to
rental.
• Deposits: $100 - $500 security deposit depending upon length of rental PLUS a $70
departure cleaning fee.
