vacation rental description
Nestled in 20 acres of pine forest. A boardwalk takes you through an
incredible forest of Magnolias, Live Oak and Cypress Trees to your
own private boat dock on the pristine Wakulla River. Built in
the Spring of 2004 this 1700 sq. ft. home with unique circular
design has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and vaulted ceilings. The great
room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen area are open and
surrounded by large windows where you can view the forest and
wildlife. Travertine and slate floors throughout the home. It is
fully furnished to accommodate 6. If you don't have a boat there are
canoes, kayaks or pontoon boat available on a rental basis to use
during your stay.

Beautiful sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are 20-30 minutes
away as is all the shopping and entertainment that Tallahassee has
to offer. Several nearby golf courses. Close to the St.Marks
Lighthouse and National Wildlife Refuge, St.Marks Tallahassee
Historical Railroad Bike Trail, Wakulla Springs State Park,
Ochlockonee River State Park, salt and freshwater fishing
(professional guide service available), canoe and kayak rental. The
Wakulla River is famous for its crystal clear pristine water
abundant with wildlife such as manatees during April through
October, otters, Florida alligators, and turtles. Birds along the
river include the Bald Eagle, Osprey, Swallowed Tail Kite, Owls,
Hawks, and over 40 other species of smaller birds and ducks.

Fall rate:
- October 1 to Dec 31st-$950/week $175/night minimum 2
nights.
Winter rate:
- Jan 1-Feb 28 $750/wk. $125/night. Minimum 2 night
stay.
Spring rate:
- March 1 to May 31 - $950/week $175/night. Minimum 2 night stay.
Summer rate:
- June 1 to Sept 30-$950/week $175/night. Minimum 2 night stay.
Terms and Conditions
- Small pets are accepted with $50 nonrefundable deposit
required. - Payment can be made in the form of a check or money order
- Upon making your reservation a deposit of 50% is
required and the balance of payment is required within 7 days of your arrival - $75 fully refundable damage deposit is required
- All towels and linens provided for you.
- $100 fee for cleaning and linen service.
- All rentals subject to State and local tax of 11%.
