Boaters: The Lakeway Marina is less then 15 minutes from the house. You can rent every water toy or
a slip for your boat. Slip rentals are $30/night or $150/week.

General Rate...........$500/night w/ 3 night minimum $3200 weekly
Holidays and Special Events.....$600+/night
No more than 10 people allowed at house.
50% down due at initial booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
There is a $150 cleaning fee per stay.
Security Deposit $500 needed to secure the reservations.
