South Coast Plaza Mall, Knott’s Berry Farm, Soak City, Wax Museum,
Huntington Beach (Surf City), Newport Beach, Seal Beach, Laguna Beach
Art Galleries, Golf- courses and more.
                             
Shuttle for a fee is also available for Los Angeles County,
LAX Airport, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills Tour Rodeo Drive,
Hollywood Blvd, and Six Flags Magic Mountain, Getty Museum, Aquarium
of the Pacific  and more.

From $349.00 low season per night including taxes. Call for rates,
(Holidays, Spring Break,Summer, Thanksgiving
etc.)
Cleaning Fee $195.00
$450 refundable security deposit to reserved dates , returned 2 weeks
after departure
Personal Checks, cashier's checks, Pay Pal accepted
3.5% surcharge for payment with Pay Pal
Cancelations must be in writting 60 days prior arrival date. 
$300 Cancellation fee will apply to all canceled reservations.
 Additional Fee may be applicable (i.e., heating the swimming
Pool $150 80F Degrees is not a hot tub per week, etc.) If you want
the pool to be 85F to 95f degrees
it is $250 per week.
Full payment must be received 60 days prior to stay
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation dates
become open and available to others
on a first come first serve basis.
