Come rest and recharge in your own private retreat. The Sault
Sanctuary is a lovely private home on a quiet tree shaded street
West of the Trail near downtown Sarasota. It is surrounded by tranquil
meditation gardens, water gardens with bubbling fountains and unique
statuary. The energy of the place is serene, restful and restorative.

The interior's elegant teak furnishings, antiques and eclectic art
carry the retreat feeling indoors. The large living room has a big
screen television and leather couches with glass doors that open to
one of the beautiful water gardens. The renovated kitchen will make a
gourmet chef happy and the dining room easily seats eight if you'd
like to entertain. This two thousand square foot home has two
bedrooms and two baths and sleeps four. There is a cozy den with
fireplace and computer workspace near the kitchen. Internet access is
provided so bring your laptop. It has easily maintained tile and
hardwood flooring and comes with landscaping and housekeeping included.

This superb location is within easy walking distance of some of
Sarasota's finest restaurants and boutiques. Just a block from one of
the best gourmet markets around and just over a mile from Downtown
where you'll find a weekend farmer's market, several live theaters
(including opera), numerous art galleries, ethnic restaurants, night
clubs, coffee shops, public parks and a marina all within a few
blocks. Malls and supermarkets are within a few minutes drive and the
Gulf of Mexico beaches are just minutes away. Siesta Beach (a ten
minute drive) is rated one of the top ten beaches in the entire US
because its soft white sand is made of quartz (which never burns your
feet). The beauty of the Gulf can't fully be described in words – one
has to experience the inviting warm water and watch the fantastic
sunsets on the water to really appreciate the magnificence of the place.

January, February and March:

$1000 per week for  1-2 weeks

$800 per week  for 3-4 weeks

$750 per week for 5-8 weeks

$700 per week over 8 weeks

Off Season:

$800 per week: April, May and October, November and December.

$500 per week June, July, August and September.

*Price includes sales tax, all utilities except phone, bi-weekly
housekeeping and yard service.

*$500 deposit due at booking.
