Our wonderful Craftsman house features gorgeous decor and furnishings, lush landscaping, three separate idyllic outdoor seating areas, and all the amenities. The house is located in the absolutely enchanting and truly unique neighborhood known as the Venice Walk Streets. Just minutes from the ocean, homes in this coveted and exclusive area face pedestrian-only “Walk Streets” that collectively form a gorgeous botanical garden, with a multitude of stunning flowers, specimen trees, intriguing art pieces, and remarkable architectural design. And this house is on the block of Nowita Place that is well-known as the prime block within all the Walk Streets -- the block that features exceptionally beautiful homes and gardens.

Our neighborhood is also perfectly situated for your experience of vibrant Venice and all of its hotspots. While at the house, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat and the beauty of nature, but walk for just a few minutes and you'll arrive at Abbott Kinney, which is the heart of hip Los Angeles. Here, you can shop for everything, from clothing to home furnishings, at a wide variety of one-of-a-kind boutiques.

When you get hungry, you can try Gjelina (one of LA's premier restaurants), Wabi Sabi (superb sushi), Primitivo (terrific tapas), Lily's (fantastic French), and many other excellent restaurants and cafés. Or you can sample a variety of cuisines from many of LA's best gourmet food trucks, which congregate around The Brig (a well-known bar). If you have a sweet tooth, visit Rockenwagner's bakery or get delicious homemade ice cream at Nice Cream. And when you're ready for nightlife, check out The Brig, The Other Room, Hal's, Roosterfish, and many other great bars, clubs, and entertainment venues.

In just a few minutes, you can walk from Abbot Kinney to Venice's renowned Boardwalk and the beach. The Boardwalk features a brilliant mix of performers, vendors and local characters, all mere steps from the surf and sand. Spend the day exploring, or just relaxing in a beach chair! From the beach, you could walk or ride the bike path north to Santa Monica, with its famous Amusement Pier and Promenade. Or you could go south to Marina del Ray (featuring the world's largest small-boat harbor), Manhattan Beach, and beyond.

The convenient location of the house provides easy access to all of LA's major attractions, with both public transportation and freeways nearby. The vibrancy of this unique spot on the California Coast will fill your day with energy, and yet when you return to the house and its relaxing locale, you’ll hardly believe that so much activity is so close by!

In addition to the private, attached carport, ample additional parking for guests (and their visitors) with more than one car is available on Rialto Court, located right outside the back door of the house.

Additional housekeeping and private therapeutic massage services are also available. Guests may make arrangements for any such services at the time of booking, or at a later time.

In addition to the many activities and attractions described above, abundant physical recreation in the area includes sailing, surfing, swimming, hiking, tennis, golf, etc.  Great shopping, great eating, and great nightlife are all just a short walk away.

The house is also close to public transportation, freeway access (it's only a 5-minute drive to the 10 freeway), and LAX airport (just a 10-minute drive).
