Sea Breezes Beach and Golf Vacation Rental. Beautifully decorated
home directly across the street
from the ocean with private beach access.
The house has 2 bedrooms both with queen sized beds, cable tv's with
built in DVD players. The
master bed and bath are decorated with a Florida Palm theme. The
master bathroom is large with a big
jacuzzi tub, large mirror with double vanity. The smaller bathroom is
done in tropical fish decor
and has a shower. The second bedroom is decorated in a beachy theme.
The house has been remodeled with ceramic tile throughout. All new
appliances including a flat cook
top stove/oven, built in microwave, refrigerator with ice maker,
dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 rocker/recliners. There is
also a TV & DVD.
The house is across the street from the ocean. The back yard has a
nice gas grill and a concrete
round table with benches and umbrella.
It is a great place to kick back, relax at the beach and golf.

10 miles of the Melbourne Square Mall, tons of restaurants and two
miles from the Publix shopping

Swimming, surfing, shell collecting, surfing, walking on the beach,
surf casting right across the
street on our secluded strip of beach. Logger head turtles migrate at
certain time of the year.
Several parks are nearby. One 3 miles south is always hopping with
beach volleyball and is located
next to a shopping center with grocery, pizza/sub shop, and a little
family restaurant that is very
good.
There are several golf courses within 15 minutes of the house. The
closest being walking distance
(0.2 mi.) and was designed by Arnold Palmer.
Excellent fishing with charters 10 minutes south at the world famous
Sebatian Inlet. There is a
place 5 minutes south that has dry storage for boats, bait etc.
There are a lot of shopping opportunities nearby. Antiques
collecting, shopping malls, outlet malls
and beach shops are all close by.
Places to eat abound and range from casual to dressy.
Disney and all Orlando attractions are 90 minutes away. Cocoa Beach
is 20 minutes north and Cape
Canaveral is about 30 minutes north. Orlando Airport is an easy drive
about 75-85 min. away and you
only travel on 2 roads-528 east bound and A1A south (528 turns into
A1A near port Canaveral).
