We are located across the street from the beach front homes and just a stone's throw from the sugary white sands of the St. George Island Beach, the community pool and the tennis court. With just 50 yards to the beach access and 100 yards to the community pool and tennis court, this is the best value on the island!

Our 3 bedroom/2 bath house is tucked away in gated St. George Plantation, a private, 1200-acre, low density development located on the west end of the island. The Plantation offers 24 hour security, a 3800' paved private airstrip, and over five miles of the most gorgeous beaches around. The beach club offers a large swimming pool and tennis court. Since many homeowners don't live here year-round and only a few rent their homes out, you just might have the beach and pool all to yourselves! Rent a bike in town and cruise or walk along the 5 miles of paved bike and walking paths, enjoying the beauty of the wooded lots and upscale homes in St. George Plantation.

Our house is elevated on pilings, with 15 steps to get to the main level. On the main level, the den/dining/kitchen area is very open and has 2 sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck, with a nice Gulf view from inside or out. Furnished comfortably, the den offers a 27 in. TV and DVD. The dining area has 3 tables, each with seating for 4, and more seating at the bar. One of the tables can double as an outside table and be moved to the deck. This is the perfect set-up for getting together with family or friends. The deck is furnished with comfy loungers, where you can work on your tan, or just kick back and enjoy the Gulf view. The kitchen is fully stocked and is adjacent to a wet bar (for those that like to mix up their own concoction). The main level also offers 2 queen bedrooms, along with the 2 full baths. Upstairs, there is a loft bedroom, with a trundle bed (2 twins), another twin, and a double fold-out sleeper sofa (folds out flat on the floor). There's also a game table with 4 chairs, along with a small TV and DVD. If you have children, they will love the upstairs, with its open design and privacy from the downstairs area (will sleep 5 children easily). The view from upstairs room is even better than the downstairs view, since you can look down on the beach through the surrounding windows. We offer a large laundry/storage room located on the ground level under the house. There's an outside area for grilling, with a picnic table. We also have a fish cleaning table beside this area. From hook to grill to table --- sounds inviting.

Along with the St. George Plantation amenities, we also own a lot directly on the Apalachicola Bay, which is just a short walk from the house. This is a very private location, with a shallow water (marsh) dock and an elevated gazebo. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, do phototography, fish, or launch your kayak (depending on the tide). It's also a great place for a romantic picnic.

We've got everything that you will need for your perfect escape to the beach. GOOD TIMES ... GREAT MEMORIES ...

A $100.00 cleanup fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit are required with each stay. Rates are subject to Florida sales tax. Additional cleaning fees may be required for stays of more than one week.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 5-night specials are from Saturday or Sunday check-in to Thursday or Friday check-out only. Spring and summer nightly rates (3-night minimum) are available for last minute rentals only (within 2 weeks of arrival date). Check-in is 4pm EST / Check-out is 10am EST.

We accept personal checks, money orders, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.

** Deposit required to secure the rental (will be returned after cleanup). The rental fee and cleanup fee are due two weeks prior to arrival.
