long distance, voicemail, desk with computer, DSL high speed
internet, and satellite TV with over 100 channels.

By golf cart you are about 10 minutes away from the new Sumter
Landing Town Square with free nightly entertainment, several
restaurants, shops and movie theaters.
You are also about 5 minutes away from the new Publix shopping center
with restaurants, shops, and drug store. You are about a minute away
from your neighborhood pool and two minutes away from our newest
Havana championship golf course and country club restaurant and less
than 10 minutes away from Cane Garden and Mallory Hill Country
Clubs.  You are also less than 5 minutes away from the newest 6
Executive (free) golf courses.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, large dresser,
nightstands, occasional chair, Satellite TV w/VCR, private bathroom
w/shower, a large walk-in closet, and all linens for bed and bath.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand,
desk with chair, computer, high-speed DSL Internet access and all
linens for bed and bath. The second full bathroom is located next
to the second bedroom.

The living room area features a sofa, loveseat, tables, entertainment
center with TV, DVD player and stereo system. The dining room area
provides a beautiful round table, 4 chairs, and matching bakers
rack. There are two matching high back chairs at the breakfast bar.

The large eat in kitchen includes a drop leaf table, chairs and
breakfast bar. There is an ice maker refrigerator, self cleaning
smooth top electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, crock pot, hand mixer, pantry, double basin sink and cordless
phone.  It includes enough new pots & pans, dishes, casserole dishes,
baking dishes, glassware, and utensils to prepare a sandwich
or a full gourmet meal. There are also a vacuum cleaner, iron,
ironing board available and washer / dryer.

The screened Lanai has a patio table and four chairs. The outside
patio includes a gas grill. The Garage has room for a full size car
and a golf cart.

Your rental fee includes all utilities, Internet access, cable TV in
the Living room and Master bedroom, local and unlimited domestic long
distance phone service, and twice a week trash collection. All bed
and bath linens are provided as well as towels. Just bring your
clothes, personal items, beach/pool towels, and golf clubs, and
you're all set.

Smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed.

In order to fully enjoy the amenities of The Villages, you may want
the (optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card to receive all the
privileges that you would have if you were a resident which includes
free golf at all Executive golf courses for walkers (there is a
nominal fee for using a golf cart) and access to all Championship golf
courses and also access to all Adult and Family pools plus other
Villages amenities. Villages Amenity Transfer ID Cards can be obtained through the Villages for a one-time fee of $50 per couple, good for the length of your rental period.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55+ years.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided. We encourage you to visit the developer web site.

The Villages has two large squares, The Villages Town Square at
Spanish Springs and The Villages Market Square at Lake Sumter
Landing. Each of these squares offers casual & fine dining,
specialty shops, movie theaters, music, dancing, special events, and
much more. The Villages has food stores, fast food restaurants, drug
stores, liquor stores, clothing stores, and its own hospital for
those unexpected occurrences. At last count there were over 90
restaurants and food establishments accessible by golf cart.

Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World in Orlando are about an
hour away and Daytona Beach is only about a 75 minute drive. Tampa,
St Pete, and Clearwater are only 90 minutes away. The Villages has a
shuttle service between The Villages and the Orlando Airport.
