Vacation Rental Description

The home has a large screened porch and is surrounded by mature 
landscapping. Great location on mile marker 95. New furniture, 
mattresses (Simmons Beautyrest), pillows, towels, linens, etc. 

The home is an excellent Floria Keys vacation rental property 
located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It has a homeowner's park 
with private pier and boat ramp just a short walk from the house. 
There's also a small beach and plenty of parking for your auto and 
trailer.

Publix Supermarket, Winn Dixie, Blockbuster, Walgreens, CVS, K-Mart, 
Liquor Store, local restaurants and fast food all nearby.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and second 
bedroom has two twin beds. Other features include: large screened 
patio, central A/C, tiled floor, refrigerator, range/oven, 
washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,linens, towels, 
dishes, utensils, covered parking, fenced yard, Dish ?Network? 
satellite TV, corner lot with nice yard, excellent neighborhood.

Boating, fishing, jet skiing, diving, swimming, snorkeling, 
sightseeing, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Swim With the 
Dolphins, Holiday Isle Tiki Bar, local restaurants.

January-April $2350
May-December $1900

Weekly Rates
$800 Year Round
$200 refundable security deposit required for reservation.

No smoking allowed inside the house.

Cleaning fee of $100 is added for weekly/monthly rentals

Credit Cards Accepted through PayPal: Visa, Mastercard and American
Express (please add 2.9% for credit card payments)
