sliding door that open to a screened-in lanai with heated built-in
pool. Backyard is landscaped with with citrus and banana plants.
House has one-car garage

This home is turn-key. All linens, towels, and kitchen utensils /
gadgets are included. Home has full size washer and drier for your
use. Ceiling fans throughout along with central heating and air
conditioning add to your comfort. Interior floors are terrazzo
and ceramic tile which add to the home's cleanliness. Caged pool area
is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, chaise lounges, and gas
barbecue grill.
Included are cable TV, phone for local calls, CD stereo, microwave,
coffee maker

In addition to the private beach access there are public beaches, a
pet friendly beach located just down the road, many restaurants, and
beautiful golf courses. Downtown Venice offers free tennis courts,
basketball courts, the Little Venice Theater, and dozens of tourist
friendly shops. Bring you bike and ride along the new bike path that
takes you along the inter-coastal waterway or ride to the jetties at
Venice inlet and experience romantic sunsets or watch the playful
dolphins entertain the locals and visitors alike.
