lots in the area; meaning that the only people who are able to enjoy 
this piece of paradise are the residents of the multi-million dollar 
residences or the guests of Sixty Sixty hotel, which is where this 
unit is found.  
You also have the luxury of being minutes away from both: World famous 
South Beach and an up and coming  North Beach/Bal Harbour/Sunny Isles.
