About your Resort Residence

All the amenities in this resort are just the beginning of what will make this
your family's best beach getaway. This Calypso Resort residence luxury decor
provides the perfect backdrop for the breathtaking Gulf views you will see
through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to an expansive
balcony. With Travertine under your feet and you can take in the panoramic
views of the most beautiful beaches you will find anywhere. The afternoon sun
and breathtaking sunsets is the perfect end to an exciting day... or the
beginning of an enchanting evening.

The interior design and comfort of this beautiful residence
is just what you would expect in a luxury resort. Every room in this resort
condominium has special touches that will delight you and your family. One
special feature is that our master bedroom has balcony access to enjoy the sea
breezes that make Panama City Beach special. The Living Room is the
gathering place for everyone it features a Flat Panel HDTV that is equipped
with a cable television package with access to hundreds of channels, and a
DVD that allows you to play your favorite movies. Hi speed Wi-Fi is
complimentary in this residence.

The Master Bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with a Memory Foam
Mattress made by Jamison Bedding (found in high end Marriot Hotels and private
bath). The room is luxuriously decorated with a Drexel Bamboo knotted bed
and furniture with in laid marble for your relaxation and enjoyment. There
is plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in
closets. Your entertainment center offers a large flat panel HDTV TV with
dozens of clear channels, or you may want to pop in your favorite movie into
the DVD. You will also enjoy the tiled bath with shower and garden tub where
you can relax and re-energize after a day full of beach activities.

The open Kitchen and living area looks out over the water and features
beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. It is
fully stocked so no matter whether you are cooking your specialty or just
fixing grill cheese sandwiches, you have everything you need to please the
family.

The Dining Area comfortably seats six, so the family can share meals and trade
their favorite part of their days at the beach.

Our Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed with high end furnishings and
decorations. Our third bedroom has bunk beds for two additional people to
sleep. Our three bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room
allow the unit to sleep 8 comfortably.

Calypso Resort Towers is conveniently located on the west end of the beach, which is less congested and family friendly. We have an ideal location across the street from Pier Park. Pier Park opened in March 2008 and is an upscale outdoor shopping area including the Grand 16 movie theaters, numerous restaurants, retail stores and free outdoor summer concerts on Thursday evenings.

Take a short walk to the newly opened Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, and Red Brick Pizza restaurants. You can pick up your sunscreen at the Super Target or enjoy a cup of coffee at the Starbucks. If you have a rainy day at the beach, head on over to a matinee at the new 16 stadium
seating movie theater and shop for a new bathing suit at Dillards or JC Pennys. Bring the kids to Gulf World (less than a mile East of Calypso) to enjoy a Dolphin encounter and various shows throughout the day.

The Calypso Resort has two gorgeous free-form 175 feet pools
which are directly on the beach. Just walk down a few stairs through the
tropical landscaping and you are on the beach. Don't forget to stop at the Tiki
Bar on the way down for a delicious frozen drink that you can enjoy on
the loungers and chairs by the pool.

This condo contracts with adults over the age of 25 - No pets per HOA rules

Winter ... Nov 2-March 1 .. $800/week

Cleaning fee of $120/$150. Taxes 12.5%

Security Deposit $300/$500 (refundable in full if no items broken/missing)
