Stairway to Heaven in Helen

This property is located four miles from Helen, Georgia (in the foothills of the Appalachian
Mountains). It offers an open floor plan with spectacular views. It is just a few miles from
Saute/Nacoochee Valley area and close by to several great waterfalls and hiking trails.
There are two sections of the house that are for rent. The "main house" is for rent on a weekly
basis only. The suite is rented either on a daily (two day minimum) or a weekly rate.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living area of the suite, thus could comfortably sleep six.
The "main house" is a 4 bedroom 3 bath. We are flexible if there are a few extra people in your
party. Extra sheets and pillows for the couches (and/or sleeping bags) can be arranged.
The main house pictures are the few before the sunrise on the balcony photo. The last two are from
the suite.

Amenities for the suite include: open floor plan two bedroom one bath with a private second floor
entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, washer / dryer, satellite television, wireless DSL internet
connectivity, an outdoor patio with a hot tub, gas barbeque grill, and a three person covered swing.
Amenities for the "main house" include: a very spacious four bedroom / three bath with a great room
with thirty foot tall window peek for your mountain and sunrise viewing, a fully equipped kitchen
with wireless DSL internet connectivity, satellite television, a large outside deck with a gas
powered outdoor kitchen unit (burners/grill/sink) and seating areas. The main house also has a
front porch with four large wicker rocking chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sunset views.
Inquire by email  regarding both rentals and you may be interested in the six newly constructed suites that will be completed by the end of May that are located at Nacoochee Country Village on the corner of Highway 17 and Alt 255 directly in between Clarkesville and Helen, GA. The Suites of Nacoochee rates will be lower than the house rates.

Both the art town area of Nacoochee Valley and the festive town of Helen, Georgia are just four
miles away. Tube down the river, explore the state parks, hike the many trails, visit the gorgeous
waterfalls, or just relax in this large and beautiful home on Mount Yonah.

In Season Rates: September 1. - November 30
The suite: two bedroom / one bath (sleeps 6)
$180 per night (two night minimum) or $950 week rate.
Off season rates:$150 per night (two night minimum) or $800 week rate.
The "main house": four bedroom / three bath (sleeps 8)
(weekly rental only) $1,800 week rate (year round rate except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Security deposit required / Credit cards are accepted.

SPECIAL RATES: Through July 1st we will rent the Main house for 250 per night and the Suite for 125 per night! An additional fee for cleaning will be charged: Suite cleaning fee $40.00 / Main house cleaning fee $75.00
