The casita is very adorable and features new appliances, a full kitchen, flatscreen TV with DVD.
Furnishings are modern, fun and upbeat. La Casita has it's own entrance, it's very private, and
really very cute. Colors are vibrant and clean. The kitchen features a full gas-range stove and oven
and large refrigerator. Toaster oven available on request. The bathroom is very clean and features
a comfortable, sky-blue tile shower. The living room has a comfortable futon, computer desk, WiFi
compatibility and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and
plenty of shelving and storage. La Casita is truly a gem in this Palm Springs desert oasis. And the
environment at La
Casita is as relaxing and peaceful or exciting and active as you desire.

La Casita resides on a beautiful mid-century modern estate. The grounds are manicured and clean, and
sport a number of palm trees, fruit trees, and desert fauna. Laundry room facility is adjacent to
