private pool completed in December 2006 this villa is on the first 
floor with direct access to the pool and steps away from the beach. 
Located in Playa Langosta, just a mile from the center of Tamarindo
(a world famous vibrant surf town on the Pacific coast) you will 
also find a grocery store and 4 excellent restaurants within a 
minute?s walk. 
Secure and serene - you?ll have access to the upper level viewing 
terrace, a great place to tan and take in our amazing sunsets. The 
grounds are fully fenced and enclosed adding to the privacy and 
security of the complex. 
Villa Ananda has have been beautifully decorated and set up with 
your enjoyment and relaxation in mind. Handcrafted hardwood 
cabinetry, floor tiles and doors, along with air conditioning, 
ceiling fans, and custom designed fully equipped kitchens are just a 
few features of this wonderful condo also complete with wireless 
high speed internet access, cable TV and DVD as well as sound system 
complete with Ipod dock. Maid service, personal safe and overnight 
security guard included.

beds (with linens to convert to a king) and a sleeper sofa in the 
Great Room.
