 doors that lead out to the balcony.  

 Master bedroom has a "King Size" bed and the 2nd bedroom has "2 Full
 Size" beds. Each bedroom has it's own full bath.

 Located on the prestigious "Galt Ocean Mile."
  
 Restaurants, shops, boutiques, cafés and even a SUPERMARKET are  
 within walking distance. The quaint little town of 
 "Lauderdale-by-the-Sea" also within walking distance.
