Our lovely 2 bedroom unit is located on beautiful Anastasia Island
right on the most pristine, gorgeous beach in the area -- sugar
white,Crescent Beach! The beach is beautifully clean and has little
car traffic.
Great swimming,sunbathing and surf fishing. The many
shallow tidal pools at low tide make it especially nice for children
even toddlers. A great  flat walking beach.
Our condo is direct ocean front with an ocean view from the living
room , master bedroom and the large private balcony.

Sliding glass doors open onto the East balcony with an ocean
view where there is a patio table and chairs for outdoor dining . You can nap on the chaise lounge asyou listen to the sounds of the sea . watch the sunrise over the Atlantic as you drink your morning coffee. Actually, in the Master bedroom you can lie in the king size bed and watch the sunrise.
To the West,you look out over the Intra Coastal Waterway where you
can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the West portico, as you lounge
around the pool or fish from the fishing pier.
Bring your tennis racquet. There are two nice courts on site.
Walk over the private boardwalk to the sugar white sand beach and
enjoy excellent swimming and surf fishing, windsurfing,
surfboarding,shelling, etc.
You might even watch sea turtles hatch. Our beach is a great beach for
kids.
Boat rentals are available nearby for cruising or fishing the
Intra Coastal Waterway. Bring your own boat ---there is boat
parking at the condo and launching facilities nearby.
