Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for a peaceful,comfortable home away from home where
you can relax and unwind from your hectic daily routine? You have
found what you are seeking! Only 15 -20 minutes from the historic
center of St. Augustine.

Come and let the clear,clean Atlantic Ocean breeze and soothing sounds
of the surf relax and refresh your spirit. Your cares will melt away
in the warmth of the glorious Florida sunshine. 

Our lovely 2 bedroom unit is located on beautiful Anastasia Island
right on the most pristine, gorgeous beach in the area -- sugar
white,Crescent Beach! The beach is clean and has little car traffic.
It is perfect for swimming,sunbathing and surf fishing. The many
shallow tidal pools make it especially nice for children even
toddlers.It is nice and flat so it is easy to walk on.
Our condo is direct ocean front with an ocean view from the large
private balcony.

  The rooms are spacious, recently updated, air
conditioned,comfortably and beautifully furnished with all the
amenities of home. BUT--You're at the Beach!
 Cable T.V.+ VCR /DVD in Living Room and MBR, telephone(free local
calls) radio, 
ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen incl. microwave, full size 
ceramic cook top and oven, large refrigerator with ice maker.

Linens furnished. You only need to bring beach towels if you wish.
 
Kingsize bed,two twin beds and a full sofa bed. There's even a 
desk for your computer. 

Sliding glass doors open onto the East balcony  with an ocean 
view where an electric grill and patio table and chairs make 
outdoor dining a breeze. 

Take a nap on the chaise lounge as you listen to the sounds of 
the sea or watch the sunrise over the Atlantic as you drink your 
morning coffee. Actually, you can lie in the king size bed and watch
the sunrise over the Atlantic. 

To the  West,you look out over the Intra Coastal Waterway where you
can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the West portico, as you lounge
around the pool or fish from the fishing pier. 

Bring your tennis raquet. There are two nice courts on site. 

 Walk over the private boardwalk to the sugar white sand beach and 
enjoy  excellent swimming and surf fishing, windsurfing, 
surfboarding,shelling, etc. 
You might even watch sea turtles hatch. Our beach is a great beach for
kids. 

Boat rentals are available nearby for cruising  or fishing the 
Intra Coastal Waterway. Bring your own boat ---there is boat 
parking at the condo and launching facilities nearby.

explore in the architecture of the buildings , the old Spanish fort, 
living history museum, and much more.
 There are activities and events to enjoy in every season--

- Easter Parade and blessing of the fleet, 

-4th of July fireworks and free summer concerts at the beach

-The Jacksonville Jazz Festival in November is billed as , "The 
World's Greatest Free Jazz Concert".

- November also begins the  "Nights of Lights" when St. 
Augustine's  bay front and historic downtown area are outlined 
with more than a million tiny lights creating a magical holiday 
atmosphere-breathtaking as you enter the city over the" Bridge Of Lions"

Thanksgiving weekend is the annual Art and Craft Show downtown -not to be 
missed!
