Fully furnished and tastefully decorated 6br/3ba Vacation Home in a quiet, safe and family oriented location. Comfortable Living Room with flat screen TV, Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen, large Theater Room with surround sound where you can enjoy movie nights(this room is optional). The Master Bedroom Suite features Queen size pillow top mattress, TV with surround sound and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 with one double size bed. Bedroom #3 with one double size bed and a single bed. Bedroom #4 with two double size beds. Sleeps 11 people. You can choose two more optional bedrooms. Bedroom #5 with two bunk beds and a twin bed. Bedroom #6 with one double size bed. These will sleep an additional seven people. The third bathroom is available only when the optional rooms are reserved.Laundry Room, Covered Patio with BBQ grill and fenced back yard. Absolutely no smoking in the house. This Home is located in a quiet family oriented community; in order to keep it this way PLEASE NO LOUD PARTIES.

Low season $180/night(3night minimun),$1,100/week,$3,600/month,$100 cleaning fee.Optional theater room $10/day or $40/week.Optional bunk bed room $30/night or $150/week.If bunk bed room rented the theater room is included at no extra charge.$300 security deposit to hold reservation and will be refunded within 36hr if the house is left in order. 16.75% hotel tax. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival by certified check or credit card.Damaged or missing items will be charged to guest's credit card.Full refund up to 30 days.50% refund up to 15 days. No cancelation refund up to 14 days prior. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change(high season/holiday rates $200/night).
