Bedroom Suite features Queen size pillow top mattress, TV with surround sound and walk-in closet.
Two bedrooms with one double size bed each. One bedroom with one double size bed and a single bed.
One bedroom with two double size beds. Sleeps 13 people. You can choose the optional bedroom with
two bunk beds and a twin bed that will sleep an additional five people. Laundry Room, Covered Patio
with BBQ grill and fenced back yard. Absolutely no smoking in the house.

$180/night(3night minimun),$1,100/week,$3,600/month,$100 cleaning fee.Optional theater room $10/day
or $40/week.Optional bunk bed room $30/night or $150/week.If bunk bed room rented the theater room
is included at no extra charge.$300 security deposit to hold reservation and will be refunded within
36hr if the house is left in order. 16.75% hotel tax. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival by
certified check or credit card.Damaged or missing items will be charged to guest's credit card.Full
refund up to 30 days.50% refund up to 15 days. No cancelation refund up to 14 days prior. Until
