Family owned and managed ocean view homes on West side of 101 in the
peaceful village of Yachats, Oregon on the Central Coast. Family oriented
small town with friendly neighborhood setting and easy walks to downtown
including all sights, shops and restaurants.

Coastal access is just one/half block and the Historic 804 trail runs
North and South for miles along the rocky and sandy Coast. Explore
tidepools, marine life, crashing surf and pocket beaches with the
fascinating joy of our pristine coastline.

 
Yachats has very little commercial development, no fast
food and no casinos, just the comforts of a true get-a-way vacation
in some of the last unspoiled coastal areas of the West.
Yachats is a town with great restaurants, intriquing shops, well
stocked and reasonably priced grocery store as well as Public
Library and awesome coffee and baked goods market.

Angelic Haven features King master bedroom, queen second bedroom with
Ocean View, large living/dining room with Ocean View, woodstove and
Queen pull out sofabed; large family room with two Queen wood framed
futons and a great front interior sunroom for relaxing and socializing.
The home has a large private fenced backyard and deck with Ocean View.
Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. Once you enter
the home by two steps all rooms are on one level so access is easy
for all. The home features a complete video and book library plus
lots of toys and games for the kids.

Angelic Oasis features arched doorways, hardwood floors, built in cabinets and a custom full kitchen and bathroom.  Good ocean views from the front deck and good mountian views from the interior as well as an interior sunroom and bridge over a waterfall and stream. Two separate bedrooms with queen beds, a queen futon in the family room with wood burning stove, queen pull out sofa and queen futon in the living room and a double fold out bed in the sunroom.

Also included at all homes are BBQ, Cable TV/DVD/VCR, electric heat, fully
equipped large kitchen with all appliances and all cooking utensils,
linens, towels and supplies. Just provide personal items and
food and your vacations awaits!

We also have wireless internet access available at all home for a reasonable fee.

The Central Oregon Coast has lots of activites to keep your family
busy for days. Close by activites include, hiking, boating, fishing,
sightseeing, as well as shopping, Casinos and markets.
Of course the Ocean can occupy all of your time with dramatic
crashing waves, tidepools, beachcombing and marine life.

Rates from $75 to $135 per night plus lodging tax and refundable
security/cleaning deposit. Credit cards and checks accepted.

Discounts for weekly and monthly rentals, we request a two night minimum for
summer weekends and a three night minimum for Holidays and school
vacations.

 We do not charge a cleaning fee or any other add-on fees, we ask guests to leave the home as they found it (or better) ready for the next guests, for
those that are not able to prepare the home we can discuss cleaning fees.
