There is a paved bike /walking path along the beach. the beach is a half mile from the house. Close to a large grocery store and post office.A short mile drive to the docks. Games and
enterainment ,surfing,fishing, walks on the jetty.Lots to do. The house is surrounded by rose
bushes.This is a manufactured home, all new interior, beautifully clean, bright and cozy.Two
bedrooms, 1 and half baths. sleeps six. house is stocked with bedding, toweling, cooking untensils,
satellite tv. dvd, puzzles and games for a rainy day.

A short drive to the docks. Entertainment, surfing, fishing, walk on the jetty. Lots to do. A paved biking trail along the beach. A golf course is under construction.
Kite flying, clam digging, fishing and crab fishing.
The house is right behind the historic light house, you can take tours up 100 ft. in the light house. A tall look out tower to view the ocean. Whale watching. Charter boats for fishing and whale watching.
Go to the docks and purchase fresh sea food off the boats. Cook it for a wonderful dinner.

The rates are $95.00 a night for two adults with a two night min.
$10.00 for each additional adult per night. Discounts for three or more nights.
