Villa del Mar Holiday / Spring Break Dates Available in Puerto Aventuras

This resort boasts a beautiful sandy beach, marina, dolphin
swim, marina, golf, hotel, restaurants, shops, tennis courts,
snorkeling, fishing, hiking and is close to many other fun places
like Excaret or Xel Hal, both ecoparks within a short distance, as
well as the Tulum and other Mayan ruins and easy access to Cozumel.

Villa del Mar itself has one of the loveliest pools around and is
only a short drive (or shuttle) from Cancun or Playa del Carmen in
the beautiful Puerto Aventuras complex on the Mayan Riviera. Once
here, you never have to leave.

This is a large, brand new and newly furnished three bedroom, 3.5
bathroom unit located on two levels of Building D, (has inside
stairwell) of Villa del Mar, in the lovely resort of Puerto
Aventuras, approximately 45 miles south of Cancun.

We called our unit La Casa Mariposa as we Alaskans love to fly away
in the wintertime. A large patio overlooks the pool and has a great
view of the beach. Life doesn't get any better than this 2,179
square foot condo with room enough for 7 - 8 people to sleep
comfortably.

Many activities abound such as the dolphin swim, swimming pool,
beach for swimming and/or snorkeling, tennis, golf and fishing. The
resort even boasts a large, sheltered boat harbor. Visitors can
take a cab or one of the vans to nearby Excaret or Xel Ha, which is
great fun for kids and adults alike, or venture further to Tulum and
visit the ancient ruins. Playa del Carmen is a short car ride away
with awesome shopping and the ferry to Cozumel leaves Carmen quite
often. Additionally, there are wonderful beaches in this town as
well. And of course, Cancun, is a mere 45 minute drive for
shopping, restaurants, and the Hotel Zone where dancing and
entertainment can be found any night. One doesn't have to look far
for fun in the sun, on the beach, or through the countryside.

Rates vary with the season, the length of stay and with the
occupancy. This unit can be rented as a two bedroom 2.5 Bath (we can
close off the 3rd bedroom/bath) or a three bedroom 3.5 Bath, great
for families.) Christmas and Spring Break time, we will only rent out
unit as a 3 bedroom.
