Fun Family beach house in Newport Beach

Avalability: June 22-29 (7 nights- $2,900) Thursday August 29 for a long Labor Day weekend - or as long as you like.

This is a great old beach house! Comfortable as you walk in the door. Plenty of room for kids to play, adults to rest, families & friends to make memories. We are just a 1/2 block to the
harbor & calm bay beaches & 1 block to miles of wide sandy beach & pounding surf of the Pacific.
We are located on a quiet street around the corner from our branch library, a small Italian
restaurant, a barber shop, coffee bar & a small market. You can watch the boats sail through the
harbor from the front porch swing.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs - one large bedroom with a queen bed from which you
can see the bay &
our large family "bunkhouse" with a queen bed, a twin & a bunkbed. Downstairs is a
perfect little grandfolks bedroom with a double bed.
2 bathrooms with clawfoot tubs & a hot & cold shower outside.
Our large dining table seats 8-10 for food & games. A garden room is a quiet spot to
relax, read from our nautical library or play games.

All furnishings & linens included. High speed internet. Full kitchen: with micro, toaster,
coffee maker, dishwasher.
Front load washer & dryer.Cable TV. Books & games. Local phone.
Gas bbq, outdoor hot & cold shower,bikes, kayaks, beach toys, body boards, stroller, pack'nplay.
We have beach towels & chairs & toys for everyone.
Large sideyard & a great porch for relaxing & visiting.
Parking available: one garage spot & 1 or 2 parking spots in our side yard.

Park your car & walk or ride bikes everywhere! Our ocean beach is wide - great for walks & running, playing frisbee or games & the swimming & body surfing is great. If you have small kids or want a quiet reading beach, our bay beaches are perfect.

It's just a 5 minute walk into town for fun & food - including our famous frozen bananas dipped in chocolate, rental boats & harbor cruises. Take the gang to (the first, original) Ruby's at the end of the Balboa pier or to our famous Crab Cooker. You can even walk to the Catalina flyer & take a day trip across the Pacific to Avalon.

Want some great shopping & dining? Take the ferry to Balboa
island & discover great little shops & eateries or spend the day at Fashion Island for upscale shopping & plenty of kid fun too.! Kayak or bicycle around our Upper Newport Bay Ecological Reserve.
Nearby is amazing golf, theater, museums, sports arenas, Disneyland, Aquarium of the Pacific. In an hour you can be in Hollywood & Los Angeles. San Diego Wild Animal Park, Sea World & the zoo are less than 2 hours away.

Weekly off-season rates $2,200-$2,900. Summer & holiday weeks $3200

Off season week nights - $300-$450/nt.

Off season weekends (Fri&Sat) $850. 

Weather is great year round.  Come relax & play!

Furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, beach towels & toys, bikes & kayaks included.

Cleaning fee is -$95.
10% city tax will be added to all rentals.
$300 fully refundable deposit will be added.
