island is open to the living and dining areas creating a fantastic
gathering spot for the family. The newly constructed pool side of
the house features another king master with ensuite bath, 2 twin
bedrooms and one and a half baths. A door leads out to the
sundeck and pool area.

The decor, like our other homes, is upscale and gorgeous! Sun
Villa is decorated with a Caribbean flare, featuring bright
colours, terra cotta tile and pine flooring.

Located directly across Aberdeen Street from Sun Palace, you
can book both luxury homes for that large family reunion and
sleep 30.

This is an awesome location on the Island - great section of
beach, movie theatre, convenience store, Publix grocery 2
minutes away by car and lots of nice restaurants & bars within
walking distance. The Bay Beach Golf course is just 2 minutes to
the south. Lover's Key. one of the nation's top 10 beaches, is a
short drive to the south.
