has screened in lanai. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not
allowed. No pickup or other
trucks, boat trailers,and RV's may be left overnight. We are
approximately 150 yards from beach.
Building has elevator and covered parking for one car.
Local phone and high speed internet in unit.

Gated communitey has ocean view restaurant, Tiki bar located at main
plool, total of 4 heated pools,
sauna, hot tub, fitness center, 10 lighted tennis courts, bocce
courts, picturesque 9 hole par three
golf course winds through the grounds, plus many other seasonal
activities.

Golf, tennis, bocce, paddle ball, swimming, hot tub, exercising,
libraries in each clubhouse,
eating, drinking, sunning, fun, ect on grounds. Nearby is fishing,
golf, boating, many restaurants,
sightseeing, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, surfing, windsurfing,
shopping, and many other
activities. Unit is less than 2 hours from Miami, Orlando, Disney,
Kennedy Space Center, and there
are mulitple major league spring training sites within 50 miles
including Mets, Cardinals and other
teams.

Dec. 2008- April 2009 $900 per week (14 day minimum contract required) We have availability beginning 1/10/10 until 3/19/10. If booked for entire period the price is $7125.00 for the entire 10 weeks.  In 28 day blocks the price is $3400.00  $200 reservation/security deposit required before dates will be
reserved

11.5% Florida required sales tax
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of
age unless accompanied by an
adult guardian or parent.
