Vacation Rental Description

Location! Location! Location!  This beautifully 
decorated and newly remodeled 2nd floor 1 bedroom 
condo is near all the best Scottdale has to offer!  
Along with its unique decor this condo has all the 
comforts of home, including bedding, linens, kitchen 
items, air conditioning, phone, answering machine,             
covered parking, twenty four hour security service,                 
and furniture.  The family room includes a 
full size sleeper sofa, cable TV, along with a DVD/VCR.  
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, 
coffemaker, microwave, and much more.  The community 
laundry room is just down the stairs and around the 
corner.  And last but not least, the balcony, which 
overlooks the beautiful and very tranquil greenway 
area, is right off the bedroom.  Only non-smokers                
inside the condo in order to maintain a clean environment          
for all our guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two beautiful pools are located on the campus of the 
Winfield Condominiums.  The lush grounds include a streaming  
waterfall and numerous walking paths.  Furthermore, several new 
barbeque grills have been installed around the 
campus for your dining pleasure.  The community clubhouse 
is located off the main pool and ie equipped with cable 
TV, a pool table and more for your entertainment.

Activities and Attractions

Whatever you are in the mood for, you are in walking 
distance from the Winfield Condominiums, including 
many of Scottsdale's finest restaurants and shops 
and boutiques along with the luxurious Fashion Square 
Mall.  With numerous top-notch golf courses across 
the Valley, you are centrally located to experience all 
that you have time for.  For those of you who are 
adventurous, the desert provides other great outdoor 
activites, such as hiking and biking.  At Winfield you are 
within a couple of miles of the famous Camelback Mountain.  
Whether you want to have an active or relaxing stay 
in Arizona, you will find that Scottsdale and the Winfield  
Condominiums will have something that suits you.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak: November - April 
$450-$700 per week  
 
Non-Peak: May - October (more expensive the closer to peak season) 
$300-$450 per week 
 
Monthly deals available (all prices NEGOTIABLE). 
$500 security deposit required, will be returned (less a $100  
cleaning fee) if condo is left in  
condition it was found.
