Just north of San Pedro, we are right on the beach, a great white
sandy beach with lounges and hammocks. We have an award-winning,
fully landscaped fresh-water swimming pool with a lap area,
jacuzzi, and swim-up and walkup pool bar (room service

drink-specials-every-day restaurant/sports lounge called The Upper Deck,
with dramatic, 360-degree views of the Caribbean and island lagoon.
You can also cook in if you like, in your fully-equipped kitchen,
shopping at San Pedro supermarkets, or by ordering provisions to be
delivered to your unit after your arrival. You can also rent golf
carts on site.

Our 1BR and 1BR w/loft accommodations are quality suites, fully air-conditioned and nicely furnished, including all linens, and are adaptable to
differing guest needs. We provide a queen-sized bed in the private
bedroom, with a comfortable, full-sized sleeper/couch or two in the
unit. There is satellite TV in the unit, w/60 channels; a lock box for valuables, a private terrace facing the sea, and there is maid service every day except on Sundays. Importantly, we have our own powerboat and crew, for free airport
pickups and returns; and both water-taxis and farries take guests
back and forth to San Pedro many times each day and into the evening.
It's a fun 15-minute ride to the center of Town. Thus our guests have
quiet and privacy when they want it, as well as easy access to the
many pleasures of San Pedro whenever they seek it.

booking form to the right of our opening screen. Our cancellation policy

Confirmations are immediate, followed by considerable emailed
information to help travelers prepare for their trip and optimize
their time on the island. We book our guests' connecting flights
from Belize International to San Pedro on the island, meet our
guests at the San Pedro airport, and, again, at our cost, bring
our guests to the resort on our own boat, where they are welcomed
at our private dock, helped with their luggage, and escorted to their
unit.

Guest feedback -- singles, couples and families -- has been
consistently positive; a sampling is posted on our website. Our
honeymoon and wedding capabilities are among the best, and the best
values, on the island.

The list of possible excursions is long and diverse -- on the
island; out 500 yards into the sea at the world's second largest
barrier reef (e.g., snorkel, dive, swim with sharks); and on the
mainland (cave tubing/ziplining/Mayan ruins, etc.). Information on these excursion options is provided after registration. Advance reservations are encouraged. All excursions and tours depart from and return to our dock. Guest satisfaction assured.

The per-night rates indicated below are in U.S. dollars, and are for
double occupancy, but there are no additional-occupant charges for '09 bookings. There is a 9% government room tax; there are no
additional service or gratuity charges.

Peak Season:

December 19-Jan 8 (2010): $239 for beach-level units; $269 for
upper-level units. Direct seafront units rent for $289 and $309,
respectively.

High Season:

Nov 26-Dec 4: $229 for beach-level units, $249 for upper-level units. Direct-seafront: $269 and $289, respectively.

Mid Season:

Aug 8-28: $139 for beach-level; $159 for upper-level. Direct
seafront units rent for $189 and $209, respectively.

Low Season:

Aug 29-Nov 25 and Dec 05- Dec 18: $129 for beach-level; $149 for
upper-level. Direct seafront units rent for $169 and $189, respectively.

SPECIALS: for August occupancies: a 20% discount off our published rates plus an extra night free for bookings of five nights or more; for occupancies from Sept 1-Dec 22: a 20% discount off our published rates.
