Just north of San Pedro, we are right on the beach, a white, sandy beach at
water's edge. We have an award-winning, fully landscaped fresh-water swimming pool with a hot tub and swim-up and sit-down pool bar (room service provided); beach volleyball and basketball courts and a private tennis court, all for free play; a fleet of rental bicycles; complimentary sea kayaks; spa services; private dock w/an activities center, for guest pickups by guides; free wired internet access (wi-fi for a modest charge) and knowledgeable, caring, on-site staff to arrange all excursions, including Mayan ruins explorations, cave tubing, zip lining, fishing, snorkeling and dive trips all day, every day (and night), with experienced, certified guidemasters.

We also have a a highly-regarded, full-service, three-meals-a-day,
drink-specials-every-day restaurant/sports lounge called Coco Blanca, with dramatic, 360-degree views of the Caribbean and island lagoon. You can also cook in if you like, in your fully-equipped kitchen, shopping at San Pedro supermarkets, or by ordering provisions to be delivered to your unit after your arrival. You can also rent golf carts on site.

Our 1BR and 1BR w/loft accommodations are quality suites, fully air-conditioned and nicely furnished, including all linens, and are adaptable to differing guest needs. We provide a queen-sized bed in the private bedroom, with a comfortable, full-sized sleep sofa or two twin beds in our upper-level units. There is satellite TV in the unit, w/60 channels; a lock box for valuables; a furnished, private terrace facing the sea; and there is housekeeping service every day except on Sundays. Importantly, we have our own powerboat and crew, for free airport pickups and returns; and island water-taxis take guests back and forth to San Pedro all day and into the evening. It's a fun 15-minute ride to the center of Town. Thus our guests have quiet and privacy when they want it, as well as easy access to the many pleasures of San Pedro whenever they seek it.

Confirmations are immediate, followed by considerable emailed information to help travelers prepare for their trip and optimize their time on the island. We book our guests' connecting flights from Belize International to San Pedro on the island, meet our guests at the San Pedro airport, and, again, at our cost, bring our guests to the resort on our own boat, where they are welcomed at our private dock, helped with their luggage, and escorted to their unit.

The list of possible excursions is long and diverse -- on the island; out 500 yards into the sea at the world's second largest barrier reef (e.g., snorkel, dive, swim with sharks); and on the mainland (cave tubing/ziplining/Mayan ruins, etc.). Information on these excursion options (available for bookings via this website only) is provided after registration. Advance excursion reservations are encouraged. All excursions and tours depart from and return to our dock. Guest satisfaction assured.

The per-night rates indicated below are in U.S. dollars, and are for double occupancy. Additional adults in any unit, beyond two, add $25 per night to the cost; additional occupants aged 3-17 add $15 per night. There is a 9% government room tax and a 6% service charge for 2012 occupancies.

Peak Season:

April 4-8 2012 & Dec 20-Jan 3 2013: for beach-level units, $239 per night; upper units, $259. Direct seafront units: $279 and $299, respectively. These published rates will be discounted by 10% upon booking. 

High Season:

Jan 4-April 3 2012 & Nov 21-25 2012: for beach-level units, $239 for beach-level units, $259 for uppers. Direct seafront: $279 and $299, respectively. These published rates will be discounted by 20% upon booking. 

Low Season:

April 9-Nov 20 2012 & Nov 26-Dec 19 2012: for beach-level units, $239; for upper-level units, $259. Direct seafront: $279 and $299, respectively. These published rates will be discounted by 40% upon booking. 

Rates include complimentary pickup in San Pedro, on the resort's boat, and back again on departure day; a welcome drink; daily housekeeping service; complimentary sea kayaks, tennis, internet access; advance excursion information/rates; connecting flight reservations arranged; lots else at no additional cost.
